Land and Sea
Take a ferry from the São Joaquim terminal in Salvador, which crosses the Baía de Todos os Santos to Bom Despacho on the island of Itaparica. The crossing takes about 1 hour.
From Bom Despacho, you can take a bus (trip about 2 hours) or a cab (about 1 hour) to Valença.
From Valença, take a speedboat to Boipeba, with the trip taking about 1 hour.
Direct Boat (Salvador - Boipeba)
There is a direct boat from Salvador to Boipeba, but this option is only available depending on weather conditions. The trip takes about 2 hours.
